All the lingerie on our site is made to measure and to order and so it is important that the size details are correct as items may not be cancelled and may only be returned for small adjustments (generally to be made smaller as it is rarely possible to increase a size) for which an appropriate charge will be made.

If a garment has a manufacturing fault or was not the item ordered a full refund may be made including postage only if a replacement is not available.

Returning faulty goods

We have never yet had a faulty product from either of our designers but if an adjustment is necessary items should be sent by Recorded Delivery to:
